we have each received over 1750 hours of formal training at the Isha Yoga Center, South India, and take great pride in bringing Hatha Yoga to the world in its purest form.
We teach a number of programs of varying physical intensity, which you can learn in a group workshop and practise thereafter by yourself. We are also able to create custom programs and practice review sessions on request.

When you experience everything as oneness in your consciousness, then you are in yoga. To attain that unity within you, there are many ways. You work with the body, then you move to the breath, then to the mind, then to the inner self. Like this, many steps have been created, but they are only different facets of yoga. My Story
Drawn by a deep longing for truth and self-mastery, I turned inward.
I underwent an intense 21-week Classical Hatha Yoga training at the Isha Yoga Centre.
Through rigorous discipline and inner exploration, Yoga became my way of life.
Now, I share these powerful tools to help others transform from within.
